Throughout our lives, we have heard at some point, “you need to be honest, have some Patience, Acceptance, be Hopeful!” But, for many of us, we were never taught how. Being told, “you should be more Open-minded,” does not give us more Open-mindedness.
It is not enough to read the Principles. The Principles are meant to be active, carried, shared. Principles are meant to be Lived.
Hey there, my name is Paul David.
I am a recovering addict/alcoholic with over a decade, clean & sober. I lost everything to my addiction and depression. Since that time, I have managed to regain my career. I married my best friend and confidant (and sometimes my mortal enemy) 😉 and raise a beautiful (often challenging) family. None of which I would have ever thought possible. I have been an active member of 12 step fellowships for over 30yrs. (11 of which was trying to prove the 12 steps wrong!) Since I have been back in recovery, I have had the honor of speaking on several occasions. Mostly on specific topics of my experience with the 12 Steps, 12 Traditions. And my understanding of the application of Spiritual Principles.
To stay active in my recovery, I have learned to apply these same principles to my personal, physical, mental, and spiritual Life. Now I am working diligently to continue this effort. By sharing my experience with you, I hope to be apart of your journey in finding your path to self-acceptance, self-awareness, and spiritual awakening.
No Spam, No Games, just Authentic sharing and sincere Hope for Change.
